Tutorial on using Removing Multiple Alert Windows with ETS for MetaStock

Under Tools/Options then in the RealTime Tab, Uncheck the "Recalculate expert live" - this will set the Attached ETS Expert issue an Alert only upon the Close of a bar - not every tick (which is the default setting).

You can also remove Alerts altogether for the ETS Expert attached.  Edit the Expert, then go to the Alerts Tab and then unselect the specific Buy or Sell check box as shown below:

Under Tools, then Expert Advisor, click Edit, then Cancel to the window that asks for a password to bypass this message and get into the Expert Editor:
